To return an item you must email us first. We have all our products dispatched direct from the supplier and so items must be returned to the correct supplier.
Once you have contacted us, we will supply you with the correct return address and returns number.
Items returned to the official address will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Making a contract with us - When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have confirmed the price and availability of the goods we will accept your order and a contract will then exist between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we have made a pricing mistake, or that the goods can not be obtained within 28 days we will advise you of this by email. Third party payment systems you may choose to use will be incompatible with the above statement and you should consider money sent as unclaimed.

Order shortages - If your order comprises multiple items and any items are out of stock the total order value will be reduced to account for the missing item/s. If we can not deliver the remainder of your order within 28 days a note will be included with your order. If a paid delivery charge has been selected this will still be applicable.
Please note ref. multiple item products : If a multiple item product has been purchased, eg. a 4 Piece mobile phone / PDA accessory pack costing £7.95 and one of the four items within is currently unavailable the price will be reduced by 25% (the percentage value of the missing item). The total charged in this example would therefore be £5.96 (plus UK / overseas postage if applicable)
Product ordering information (Internet) - To order a product On-Line using a Credit or Debit card please click the respective ‘Buy’ button below a product. If you require another product please click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button from within the cart to return to your last viewed page. If you wish to amend the quantity of an item this can be done by entering the required number in the 'Quantity' box of the cart. Once this is complete click the 'Recalculate' button. When you are ready to proceed click the ‘Go to payments’ button. Fill in the ‘Invoice details’ and ‘Delivery address (if different)’ sections and click the ‘Continue’ button. Select the ‘Debit or Credit card’ option and click the ‘Continue’ button. Finally, fill in the ‘Card details’ section and click ‘Continue’ to submit your order. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Ordering is available in English language only. Payment is accepted in GBP only.
Our Credit / Debit card entry page is safe, secure and encrypted (Click ‘File’ then ‘Properties’ whilst on the credit / debit entry page for verification). This means that 3rd parties can not see the information you are entering. We accept all major Credit / Debit cards with the exception of American Express.
Delivery - Details of delivery costs and options.
Delivery times and costs are shown on the (shipping time and costs) page as well as during the checkout process. All times quoted are in working days.
Car Bodykits and Styling UK / EU (£45.00) - These items are shipped by courier direct from the respective moulder. Delivery is normally within 2-6 weeks. This shipping fee is due to both the size and the weight of these goods. This shipping fee applies to your whole order - Therefore, if you purchase multiple items then it is still £45.00 for the entire order. Due to the limitations within our shopping cart system we are unable to add this shipping option within the cart itself.
Customers within the EU - We welcome all orders from within the EU. VAT at 17.5% is included within our website price for your purchase.
Customers outside the EU - We welcome all orders from outside the EU. Sales tax is not included in our website price for your purchase. All purchases sent to customers outside the European Union include a customs declaration. The customs declaration lists the contents of the package/s and their value. You may be charged by your local authorities for import of goods when the goods arrive in your country. As the purchaser, these charges are your responsibility. Please contact your local authorities for details as regulations vary considerably between countries.
Product Information - All items we sell are compatible. This means as example we sell a Nokia 8310 battery, the item will work in a Nokia 8310 however it may not be manufactured by Nokia, but by an after market company. All items should be considered compatible except where explicitly stated otherwise in the description. Many items we sell fit a wide array of models, as example a battery for a Nokia 8310 will also work in many other models such as a Nokia 8890. Sometimes the product supplied will not list the exact model but will work.
Cancellation and returns - Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection along with reasonable expenses in arranging collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value plus reasonable expenses in administration. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described. All moneys paid will be refunded within 28 days. You must return goods within 22 days of requesting cancellation or return.
Upgraded and express shipping services should be considered a separate contract with us. These services begin at the point of dispatch and will not be refunded under distance selling regulations should you choose to return the item.
Goods Damaged in Transit - All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during transit. Upon delivery please physically open the box / package and check the product/s for damage during transit before you accept it. If it has been damaged please refuse to accept it and ask for it to be returned to the senders address (this is noted on the every parcel). We will then replace the damaged item by return.
Undelivered / Lost Goods - If after 28 days from the date of your order (this excludes Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays) your good/s are still undelivered please follow this procedure : Firstly, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. In 90% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the good/s. If no one was present to sign for the delivery, or if the parcel was too large to fit through a letter box it will have been returned to the postal sorting office / depot. They are generally stored for a period of 5 - 10 days. If after this period of time the good/s have still not been collected they will be either destroyed by Royal Mail or returned to us at their discretion (returned post can take up to 5 weeks). If the good/s have been returned to us please contact us. If the good/s are not at your local sorting office / depot please contact us to inform that your good/s have not arrived. Please also include reference to your order number and the date that the good/s were ordered.
Faulty goods - If there is a problem with goods received, please contact us and we will offer a solution. Goods can be returned as per the refund and cancellation policy above. Goods you view to be faulty or incorrect must be returned within 22 days at your cost. On receipt of the goods and assuming they are either faulty or incorrect we will refund you not only the full purchase price including postage but will also refund your postal cost in returning the item to us. The maximum we will pay is the royal mail charge for 1st class recorded delivery.
Specific Product Information - Specific product information relating to unlocking codes, unlocking solutions, data cables, universal products and car bodykits / styling.
Unlocking codes - These are calculated to order and supplied with instructions on how to enter them into the mobile phone / PDA. All codes calculated are correct, if a code fails to unlock the phone after it being entered correctly by the customer then the phone has been either : Reported lost / stolen and barred by one or multiple networks, The IMEI number (if a remote unlock) was incorrectly entered on the order form or the make / model of mobile phone / PDA selected was incorrect.
Data Cables - Please note that appropriate software is required for a data cable to function. This is supplied free of charge with some cables when we have it available. Otherwise it can be included on a CD supplied with your mobile phone / PDA or from the phone manufacturer themselves. Failing this, a search of the internet may help. Without software a data cable will not function as there is no means of communication between the PC / Laptop and the Mobile phone / PDA.
Universal Products - We list products for many thousands of different mobile phone / PDA models within this website. In some instances products listed for certain models may be ‘Universal’ meaning they will also fit many other types of mobile phone, they may also be labeled for a model other than the one that it was ordered for. This applies to the following products : Accessory packs (one or multiple items within), Chargers, Carry cases / pouches, Data cables, Handsfree kits, Car holders, Magnetic holders, Neck straps, Signal boosters and Radiation S
Car Bodykits and Styling - All fibreglass, GRP, Carbon Fibre and Carbon Kevlar products (within the following section - Click here) are manufactured to order from raw materials. Once an order has been placed the manufacturing process starts within 1-3 working days. Before placing an order for one of these items please ensure that you are a) prepared to wait the 2-6 weeks for delivery, b) you are ordering the correct product for your make / model of vehicle and c) that you are not going on holiday during this time span (otherwise the product will be returned to the respective moulder). If in doubt, please contact us first.
If you are from outside the UK we require faxed verification before we can process your order. Details of how to do this are shown on each page within this section. Sadly we can not accept orders from customers outside the EU as the size / weight of these items makes the shipping cost uneconomical.
Should an attempt be made to deliver a car bodykit / styling product and you are not available to receive the delivery a note will be left for you to contact the courier to arrange a future delivery date. PLEASE CONTACT THE COURIER IMMEDIATELY!. If you fail to contact the courier within approximately 2-5 days the product will be returned to the respective moulder within Europe. This return process can take up to 4 weeks. Once returned and in the possession of the moulder your order will be re-shipped and the £45 shipping fee will again be charged to the card used for purchase for the re-shipment.
Before accepting delivery of a car bodykit / styling product please thoroughtly inspect the item. If it has any cracks or shipping damage refuse it. When you sign for it you are signing to state you accept it and have received it in good condition - If any problems are noticed following you're signature neither you nor ourselves have any comeback on the courier.
Fraud - We will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities. Please note that internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online.
Mailshots - From time to time we may send details by email of new products that might be of interest to our customers. If you are already on our mailing list but no longer wish to be included please contact us.
Competitors - All information within our website has been created by ourselves, or provided for use by a third party. Any copying of content such as : Text, images, HTML code, META tags, ‘Buy’ buttons, drop down boxes, model lists or site structure is prohibited. We regularity enter text / HTML strings into META / search engines to check for duplicate content. Dropshippers, companies and individuals for whom we process / dispatch orders are excluded from the above, however, any dropshippers, companies or individuals who we discover are using any of our content to sell products without us processing the order will be prosecuted.
